Powers of attorney
I can assist with notarising powers of attorney for use in any foreign country. I can advise you on whether the document requires legalisation and will provide you with a quote for our fees and the costs of legalisation if you wish us to deal with it on your behalf.
Affidavits and declarations
Affidavits and declarations are generally required where you are not able to appear in the relevant country personally to give the evidence orally.
These need to be sworn (or declared) in front of a Notary Public in order to be accepted.
Company documents
Doing business abroad often involves proving the existence and continued good-standing of the company. I can assist by providing notarised copies of Companies House documents and provide confirmation of certain facts about the business which can be relied upon internationally.
Apostille and Legalisation
In order for documents from the UK to be accepted, they frequently need to be legalised. I am well versed with the requirements for Apostilles and Consular Legalisation and can advise on what documents are required.
Travel Consent
If your child is travelling abroad without one or both parents, they will require a travel consent. I can assist by preparing and notarising this document for you.
Change of Name Deed
If you are looking to change your name, then you government bodies generally require a change of name deed to evidence this change of name. I can prepare and notarise this document for you.
