Further updated guidance on powers of attorney for the Indian High Commission

You will likely be aware that the Indian High Commission like to change their rules and requirements quite requently to keep you on your toes. As such, this should come as no surprise that there have been a couple of tweaks to the requirements, the main one being that witnesses should add the date that they witnessed under their signature and for their passport numbers to be added onto the power of attorney as well.
